We all like doodling! As a matter of fact, we rarely write something without making some doodles to inspire us. Our teacher showed us some samples of doodles from her Pinterest account and we rolled on!
We sometimes doodle collaboratively - in pairs, one of us starts with a doodle, then the other adds something else, and then we switch. You can't imagine how different the doodle is from what we had first had in mind! We then write something related to the picture - either a description, the beginning of a story, a thought (in a thinking bubble) and so on.
Music is great for our ears and inspires us a lot so...we play music many a times during our creative writing sessions.
